At GOLYTH Nutrition, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because our protein bars are perishable food items, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges. However, we want every customer to have a great experience, and we will always make things right when there's a legitimate issue with your order.

What We Cover

We will issue a replacement, store credit, or refund in the following situations:

Damaged Products: If your order arrives visibly damaged due to shipping or handling, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Orders: If you received the wrong items (wrong flavor, wrong quantity, or items you did not order), contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no additional cost to you.

Quality Issues: If you experience a genuine quality issue with a product (e.g., product was compromised, unusual odor, or evidence of tampering upon opening), contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and we will review your claim and work to resolve it fairly.

What We Don't Cover

Because our products are consumable food items, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Flavor or taste preferences
  • Partially consumed products
  • Orders where an incorrect address was provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers outside of our control
  • Damage caused after delivery

How to Submit a Claim

Please include the following in your message:

  1. Your order number
  2. Your full name and email address used to place the order
  3. A description of the issue
  4. Photo(s) of the damaged, incorrect, or affected product and packaging (required for damage and quality claims)

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1-2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card provider. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

If a replacement is approved, it will be shipped using standard shipping at no cost to you.

Subscription Orders

If you are enrolled in a subscription or recurring order program, you may cancel or modify your subscription before the next billing date by contacting us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] or through your account settings. Cancellations requested after an order has been processed cannot be applied to that order but will apply to future orders.
